Kelly Harris
With a 19-year career in the culinary, fitness and healthcare industries behind her, Kelly Harris is a Registered Nutritional Therapist and is currently undertaking a specialization in Integrative Health and Medicine from the University of Minnesota. She uses a Functional Medicine biology-based approach to her practice, addressing the root causes of disease and helping clients to alleviate their symptoms and achieve their individual health goals in a supportive, judgement-free environment.
In a consultation, Kelly takes the time to understand your health symptoms, emotional needs and lifestyle limitations, and uses this information to create bespoke nutritional plans designed to meet your unique requirements.
Kelly is experienced in working with both those on plant-based diets as well as clients who simply wish to adopt a more “clean eating” approach and develop a better relationship with food. She loves seeing her clients get back their spark and believes food should be enjoyed and celebrated as a healthy part of our lives, not feared.
She is a member of the British Association for Nutrition & Lifestyle Medicine (BANT) and is CNHC registered.
Some of the issues she can help with are:
